Overview

MSI Data's software provides easy to acquire and easy to deploy solutions for managing all aspects of enterprise wide service management, including call center, dispatch, contracts management and spare parts inventory; scheduling optimization and routing; and true mobile applications for the workforce, including inspections, field service and field sales.


These applications may be deployed in a complete building blocks approach as an integrated solution or separately to meet organizations particular needs and are rapidly deployed in either a hosted or on-premise environment.

"We felt we needed to start from the ground level and develop our own system for all we wanted to do to satisfy our customer service, technical support and repair personnel," he said. "I had the whole system flow-charted on paper, and we had a meeting the day before Thanksgiving. My accounting manager said we were looking at a quarter-of-a-million-dollar system and that it would not be a quick fix."
