Service Pro Standard
This basic configuration comes with a (5) User System Manager and all core modules. Specialty Solutions may be added as required. Training and support services can be custom tailored for your specific budget and requirements.

Service Pro Gold
Same Modules as the Standard System with the addition of every Specialty Solution in release at the time of purchase. Additionally, the 1st year Technical Support, (4) Days Onsite Training, and a (20) User License.

Service Pro SBE
(3) User System - all core modules except for RMA's and Scheduler.


Intendedfor entry level installations and startup companies whose immediate needs may require most of the functionality Service Pro Standard has tooffer, but who expect their needs to intensify as they grow theirbusiness and so can easily migrate up from SBE to any of the othersystem suites.

ERP Integrator
Available for dynamically integrating Service Pro with Accounting - ERPSystems for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,Inventory Management, and Purchase Order functionality. When used inconjunction with the Standard or Gold versions, the system automatically changes to use the native files of the Host Accountingsystem for certain core functions.

 



"We felt we needed to start from the ground level and develop our own system for all we wanted to do to satisfy our customer service, technical support and repair personnel," he said. "I had the whole system flow-charted on paper, and we had a meeting the day before Thanksgiving. My accounting manager said we were looking at a quarter-of-a-million-dollar system and that it would not be a quick fix."
