Remote Inventory and Transfers
This feature takes control of inventory chaos that many organizations have when working with multiple inventory locations. By taking out much of the clerical effort and by giving total visibility to inventory movement back and forth from remote locations this feature set will give organization to the chaos.

Service Bills of Materials
A new feature that keeps major components linked to a Master Item while allowing for transactional activity at the parent or component level. Users decide what relationships to establish for existing equipment at a customer's site and can link their service activity either to the Parent item or the Component item while reporting can "trickle-up" to the Parent or "drill-down" to the component.

Quote Module
A robust and tightly integrated new module was released. With Prospect Management and robust reporting tools this module provides Service Pro users with the ability to produce Quotations for both Prospects and existing Customers, monitor their progress then convert them into sales orders automatically with minimum effort.

The new Quotation module maintains a Prospect Database separate from all customer databases, provdies for multiple quotations, quotation history, quotation success history, and easy conversion to Orders. Full User-Defined forms are available through Crystal

Pricing Tables, Document Links, Drop Ships and More
All Service Pro users received major features updates as part of their contract benefits program.  These included new pricing tables, additional document links, Drop Ships, Warehouse Transfers for Mobile Inventory and a host of others. Quick Manuals were released for all major feature additions.






"We felt we needed to start from the ground level and develop our own system for all we wanted to do to satisfy our customer service, technical support and repair personnel," he said. "I had the whole system flow-charted on paper, and we had a meeting the day before Thanksgiving. My accounting manager said we were looking at a quarter-of-a-million-dollar system and that it would not be a quick fix."
