With over 30 new features, V7 was released to all contract clients. Amongst the many additions this version includes Email functions, Document Management and Multi-Bin controls.
V7 was released in early January to all contract clients with exciting new features and enhancements of existing features. In response to client feedback, a new menu option "My Reports" was added to allow users to add their own Crystal reports to the Service Pro menu.
Direct Email from the Calls Center enhances the communication of information back and forth from Field Technicians and Clients. Email can now be initiated from anywhere in the system as well.
Document Management has been extended to RMA's and Orders. This provides visual documentation of such things as damaged goods received, government mandated forms, and customer signatures on work orders.
